Materials/Ingredients 1. • 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup butter
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 ⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas

2. • 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 large egg
• 1 ⅛ cups buttermilk
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted

3. • 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 6 ounces chicken tenderloin strips
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 ½ teaspoons honey
• 1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
How to make it 1. Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Step 2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Beat the brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer in another bowl until smooth. Add the mashed eggs and bananas until well blended. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Step 3. Bake in preheated oven, wait about 60 minutes. Let the buns cool in the tins for 10 minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

2. Step 1. Preheat and lightly grease the skillet.
Step 2. Mixed flour, salt, and baking soda together in a bowl. Add egg, buttermilk, and butter; stir together lightly, but keep it lumpy. The batter should look thick, spongy, and puffy.
Step 3. Drop 1/3 cup of the batter onto the cooking surface, spreading lightly with the bottom of the cup. Cook until lightly browned on each side, 1 to 2 minutes per side.

3. Step 1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook and stir chicken in the hot oil until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir basil, honey, and balsamic vinegar into chicken and cook for 1 more minute.
New vocabularies found Grease, batter, loaf pan, skillet, lumpy
Comments I've never tried to cook it, but judging by the reviews, many people have succeeded too although some have suggested adding or reducing the ingredients. But besides that, for me the recipe looks easy and simple.
